Osteoarthritis Fitness

This post- and pre-rehab exercise session is for those who have 'graduated' from the GLA:D Canada Physiotherapy program. 


Our program was initiated by Bone and Joint Canada.  I, along with George Hojbota, were commissioned to create an exercise program to address this need.


If you are preparing for surgery, have rehabilitated from joint-replacement surgery or are looking to prevent deterioration of a joint, please reach out to us. 

George Hojbota, delivers the Thursday classes.  George is a skilled Fitness Professional with many years expertise instructing fitness for people with medical conditions.

We added a 'Level 2' for those ready for more challenging exercises, more repetitions, and the addition of more resistance, at a quicker teaching pace. 

All classes have no impact, focus on lower body strength, mobility, balance as well as using the whole body to achieve better symmetry, posture and to get stronger.

We serve people from all over Canada, and from remote communities.


All classes are at 10:30 am Eastern Standard Time (Toronto),

so we can meet the needs of time differences across Canada. 

Tuesdays 10:30 Level 1 with Andrea (returns May 2024)

Thursdays 10:30 Level 1 with George (see poster below)

Fridays 10:30 Level 2 with Andrea (returns May 2024)

Fridays 12 noon Level 1 with George (see poster below)
