Imagine a knowledgeable, compassionate and experienced Personal Trainer, Yogi, Meditation Guru or Post-Rehab Fitness Teacher showing up for you every week, tailoring a program to meet your goals whether it be joint health, mobility, improved mental health or less back pain. Times are set up to around your schedule. Sessions are delivered on Zoom. You will receive 2 personal follow-ups per week, as well as your weekly, bi-weekly, or thrice-weekly exercise session, as per your choosing and current need.
