Personal Training
1:1 instruction in a variety of modalities: Strength training, Chair Exercise, Pilates, Post-Rehab or Yoga, with Andrea.
$290/month (plus travel if applicable) Pay only for the month and book as many or as little as you need.

Corporate Yoga
Let mw know your needs and timelines, and I'll propose a specific program and quote for you. I have lots of experience serving Colleges, Corporations, doing Events and more!

Rates start at $350/day, $185 half-day and $120/hour.
Group Fitness
There are some Zoom group classes on each week, ranging from Older Adult Fitness at $35/month, to Lunchtime Gentle Yoga at $60/month. Modifications, Chair options and a variety of choices are given for each exercise. Maximum number in these programs is 10. So this represents excellent value.
Retreats
4 times per year, Andrea teaches immersive Yoga and Meditation Retreats at Sugar Ridge Retreat Centre.

Yoga & Bodywork
Blossom Yoga
Classes are held hybrid on Zoom at my studio (max 6 students) in the GTA near 401/404.
We do a slow flow of Hatha, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga (suitable for all levels) with some deeper-held poses, breathwork and relaxation.
Beginners are catered for. Advanced practioners will benefit from this thoughtful, intuitive space and my deep knowledge and Yoga experience.
Myofascial Release
Over 50? Myofascial massage becomes an essential self-care tool. It's a MUST for better joint function, less body aches and stiffness. I show you gentle and sustainable techniques (on Zoom). Or I can do this for you during a session together. This service costs $55/hour on Zoom and $70/session in person.
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stones feel grounding and earthy for anyone dealing with anxiety or overwhelm.

Tension literally melts under their application. Stress is reduced significantly.
​
It is the perfect antidote to circulation issues and chronically cold extremities.
​
I add oils, aromatherapy and Indian Head Massage to your session as requested, and adjust the temperature, placement and pace of the stones.

This service is offered at Retreats and in my home studio - $99/50 minutes, $120/70 minutes.
Thai Yoga Massage
I LOVE to move you through a passive yoga practice of poses, stretches, pressure points pressed and adjustments which will leave you feeling lighter and more fluid mind and body.
